Kyosho Fazer Mk2 ready-to-run cars
The Fazer Mk2 is Kyosho’s 1:10 four-wheel-drive touring chassis under licensed bodies, from 1960s muscle cars to rally cars. Each Readyset comes built with its radio fitted; add a battery and charger. VE versions are brushless. Our Fazer Mk2 guide compares them.
Kyosho Fazer D2 drift cars
The Fazer D2 is the drift version of the Fazer, sold ready to run with drift tyres and a licensed Toyota or Nissan body.

Why choose Kyosho?
Kyosho has raced at the top level for decades: the Ultima won the 1987 2WD off-road world championship, and the Inferno line holds several 1:8 buggy world titles. The same engineering runs through the cars you can buy today.
There are two ways in. A Readyset car such as the Fazer Mk2 comes built with its radio fitted, so you add a battery and charger and drive. A kit, such as an Optima or Ultima, is built by you and needs its own motor, speed controller, servo and radio.
Most of our Kyosho kit and Fazer pages carry bundle deals that add those parts at a lower price than buying them one by one, and each lists its compatible spares.

Are Kyosho RC cars suitable for beginners?
The Readyset cars are. A Fazer Mk2 or EZ Series car comes built with the radio fitted, so you only add a battery and charger. Most of these product pages offer a starter pack with both.
What do I need to finish a Kyosho kit?
A kit such as the Optima or Ultima needs a motor, speed controller, steering servo, radio set, battery, charger and paint for the body. The bundle deals on each kit page include the electronics, battery and charger in one price.
What is the Kyosho Legendary Series?
It is Kyosho’s re-release of its 1980s buggies as build-it-yourself kits, including the Optima, Turbo Optima, Optima Mid, Javelin, Ultima, Beetle and Scorpion.
What is the difference between the Fazer Mk2 and the Fazer D2?
