Shipping Policies

All UK orders received before 11AM will be dispatched to Royal mail or DPD courier the same day. All orders received after 11AM will be dispatched to EVRI the following day. All deliveries use the 48 hour courier service which typically takes 2-3 working days. All items will be fully insured.

Tracking details will not necessarily be provided, but will always be available on request if you contact [email protected]

In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as our courier agrees that the item is lost or unrecoverable. This can typically take about 7-14 days.

Delivery and insurance is all covered in the postage price, which is calculated on our checkout page once you confirm your address.

Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but we can help you with repairs and parts to repair.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The battery must also be at the same charge level it left us at (see section below). It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. Any items returned to us in a used state will not be refunded and the customer will assume responsibility to pay for postage for the return of the item to them.

Customer responsibility & User damage:

Damage caused by collision or incorrect usage is not covered by warranty & not valid for return. Please inspect all vehicles when you get them to ensure all parts are working correctly and present.When recieving the goods, please check all internals before use, and ensure good working order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all wires, cables and internals are not in contact with moving parts, and this may cause damage and cause failure. (Inspect these parts before every use!) Missing Items: Anything missing will need to be reported within 48 hours of reciept, and you will need to provide the total weight of all the goods recieved for us to compare against out checkout weight that we recorded when we sent the product out. Due to the nature of the RC hobby you should expect that sometimes things break, and we advise that customers factor this into their choice to partake in the hobby. We offer replacement parts for sale at the best prices we can to keep your new purchase active.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected], and we will try and assist in fixing anything before a return is started
  2. We will ask for photos of the item, please send pictures of the shell, electronics, tyres & controller
  3. We will then approve the return, and you will have to pay for return shipping. (we reimburse once recieved)
  4. When we recieve the item inspect the item to validate claim
  5. Once approved we will send out a replacement and reimburse your return postage cost

Battery testing

We test batteries before they are sent out. We record the cell voltage of each battery to ensure that you receive a viable battery. It is essential that if you wish to return the item, that you do not charge the battery or use the item. Batteries will be tested on receipt of returns.

Due to the nature of LIPO batteries that many RC cars come with we do not provide a warranty against batteries that have been tested except in extenuating circumstances.

It is important to treat LIPO batteries correctly to ensure longevity. Incorrect charging and storage behaviour will cause the battery to fail. See our battery care advice page here.
