The Tamiya The Hornet (No ESC) is a 2WD buggy kit. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 400mm long. The body is polycarbonate, so it takes knocks better than a hard shell.
Tamiya supply a Type 540 motor in the box.
