4) Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Payment providers – Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna), PayPal, Klarna (which may carry out its own checks for pay-later options) and WooPayments.

5) International Transfers
Some of our providers (for example Google, Stripe, PayPal and Cloudflare) process data outside the UK, including in the USA. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to protect your data.

- Customer accounts – until you ask us to close your account (order records are then kept as above).
- Marketing lists – until you unsubscribe; we keep a record of the unsubscribe so we don’t contact you again.
- Emails, chat and support messages – for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that make the site work and help us understand how it is used. By using this website you accept our use of cookies. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, please do not use this website.
The cookies we use fall into these groups:
- Essential – keep your basket, run checkout and your account login, remember your currency, and protect the site from fraud and bots (WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Cloudflare).
- Analytics – tell us which pages are visited and how people use the site, so we can improve it (Google Analytics).
- Marketing – measure our adverts and emails, and power basket reminders and live chat (Google Ads, Brevo).
You can delete cookies, or block them, in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, the basket and checkout will not work.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk – but please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
9) Keeping Your Data Safe
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act promptly if something goes wrong.
10) Children
Our shop is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.
