The Kyosho Turbo Optima Mid Special 4WD 1:10 Kit *Legendary Series* (item K.30623B) is the Kyosho Legendary Series re-release of the Turbo Optima Mid Special 1985 (Turbo Optima 1986) 1/10 4WD competition buggy — one of the most iconic chassis in the history of RC racing. Bringing the original Turbo Optima Mid Special chassis back in a faithful, modern-built kit, this is the same shaft-driven 4WD geometry that defined a generation of off-road racing.

Aimed at collectors and vintage RC enthusiasts, this kit is supplied unbuilt — you assemble the chassis from the ground up, fit your own electronics (ESC, brushed motor, servo, receiver, transmitter and battery), and finish the body shell to your chosen livery. The mid-motor variant moves the motor mass forward of the rear axle for a different cornering balance to the rear-motored Optima/Optima Pro.
