This boat is designed for experienced RC boat enthusiasts rather than beginners. It's a high-performance speedboat reaching 80km/h, so familiarity with RC boats, LiPo batteries, and water-based models is recommended before purchasing.
You'll need either two 4S LiPo packs (11.1V 5000mAh 40C) for 60km/h performance, or two 6S LiPo packs (7.4V 5000mAh 40C) for the full 80km/h speed. Batteries are not included, nor is a LiPo charger or balance charger—you'll need to purchase these separately.
The boat arrives with a pre-assembled hull, water-cooled brushless motor, 90A waterproof ESC, metal gear servo, 2.4GHz radio system, CNC alloy rudder, shaft drive system, two metal propellers (one for 4S, one for 6S), and an EVA boat stand. You'll need to add batteries, a charger, and AA batteries for the transmitter.
The boat is 1060mm long overall (950mm hull length) with a 260mm width and weighs 2.6kg without battery. This is a medium-sized RC speedboat—manageable for transport but too large for a small bag; check your storage space before ordering.
Maximum speed is 80km/h with a 6S LiPo battery, dropping to 60km/h with a 4S battery. The boat uses different propellers for each battery type to optimise performance, and comes with the correct propeller for your chosen power setup.
