The E1 Racebird is RTR (Ready-to-Run), meaning it arrives fully assembled and ready to use straight from the box with no building required. However, as a hydrofoil speedboat reaching 25km/h, it's best suited to users with some basic RC boat experience rather than complete beginners, as foiling behaviour and water handling require a degree of control skill.
A 7.4V 900mAh Li-ion 2S battery is included in the box, along with a USB balance charger. Consult the manual for exact charge times, as this varies depending on the charger specifications and power source used.
The package includes the assembled hull, 2.4GHz transmitter with receiver, water-cooled motor and ESC, rudder servo, 7.4V battery, USB charger, propeller, four AA batteries for the transmitter, and a boat stand. Everything needed to operate the boat is included; you'll only need water to test it.
At 1:14 scale, the E1 Racebird measures 545mm in length and weighs 740g, making it a compact model suitable for lakes, ponds, and calm water areas. The transmitter has a 200m range, though you should always operate within safe visibility and local water regulations.
