Frequently Asked Questions
The C400 is designed as an intermediate model, so some RC flying experience is recommended. However, the onboard gyro flight controller provides stability assistance for less experienced pilots, making it more forgiving than basic trainers. If you're completely new to RC planes, you may want to start with a trainer model first.
The C400 accepts 11.1V 3S LiPo batteries ranging from 1300mAh to 2200mAh. The battery compartment is large enough to fit either capacity. For specific charge times, this depends on your charger's output—check your charger's manual for guidance based on the mAh rating you choose.
The PNP (Plug-and-Play) package includes the airframe, motor, ESC, servos, gyro flight controller, and two propellers. You will need to purchase separately: a compatible transmitter and receiver, a battery charger, and a 3S LiPo battery (1300–2200mAh). Assembly requires glue for the tail section.
The C400 has a 1100mm wingspan and is 700mm long, making it a manageable size for transport and flying. Flight time is approximately 6–8 minutes per battery charge, depending on flying style and battery capacity used.
The C400 is capable of basic aerobatics thanks to its powerful 3530-1200KV brushless motor and 30A ESC. It also features scale flaps for short take-offs and landings (STOL), slow-speed flying, and has LED navigation lights for scale realism. It's designed to grow with your skills as you progress.
