    Welcome to Lothian Radio Control Car Club. We meet weekly at Strathbrock Community Centre in Broxburn. We currently race on road electric radio control cars with the most popular class being GT12 but we also run 1/12 th circuit. The club was previously known as Lothian Model Touring Car Club but the name has evolved to reflect the changing formula of the cars we race. Our hall is one of the best for indoor racing in Scotland with carpet 12m * 19m and the track laid out with guttering and flexible corners. Doors open on a race night at 6pm and we have to be out the hall by 9.45. We aim to have three heats and a final for everyone. Race nights are normally busy but great fun with close fast racing. The more experienced members of the club are always on hand to provide advice with car set up or if you are thinking about starting racing radio controlled model cars.     Mendip RC Raceway was first opened for on road radio controlled car racing in 1977, by the famous Rallycross legend John Button. Since then it has been the home of on-road racing in the South West, hosting both national and international competitions and to this day still aims to be one of the finest RC car racing facilities in the UK. With the addition of the 1/10th electric off road track it now caters for racers across the RC spectrum. It has a thriving club scene and it still hosting National events on both the on road circuit and the off road track.

Doors open promptly at 8am on a sunday and racing is normally underway by 8.40 with 3 rounds of qualifying and a final. We have to be packed up and out of the hall by 1pm (as the archery follow us ! ) Limited tables are available but there are plenty of chairs and we ask you to bring a towel to cover the hall tables and some sort of mains extension lead. Racing takes place most Sunday mornings at Mill Mead Hall, Wolverton. Or just pop along to any of our race meetings for a chat and see what we get up to.     Milton RC Rallycross Club, located at Bayford Meadows Kart Circuit in Sittingbourne, Kent, offers enthusiasts a welcoming venue in the South East for 1/10 scale electric rally car racing. The club features four distinct classes, including Supercar with a 10.5t motor limit and cut slick tyres, 17.5t Modified with control tyres, Brushed Modified capped at 21t motors, and a Tamiya Mini class with no modifications allowed. Races are designed to mirror real rallycross events, consisting of short, sharp heats lasting around three and a half minutes, with four sets of heats followed by progression finals. The club promotes budget-friendly racing through the use of affordable Irace timing transponders.     Morecambe Model Car Club is one of the oldest radio controlled racing car clubs in the country. We have the facilities to cater for most types of electric racing. We are always looking for new members and new ideas. We are a relaxed bunch and welcome new members as well as happily offering advice and help when and where we can. We race indoors on primafelt carpet and are primarily a GT12 Club. We use a BBKrc lapcounting system for booking in and race control with handout transponders available or use a PT. Racing takes place on a Monday evening between 7 and 10! Racing costs £4.50, refreshments are available and a fish & chip shop is a 30 second walk for those rushing after work. Plenty of pit space and tables, mains power is readily available. We race using GT12's with 1S batteries and 13.5T Motors - BRCA approved additives only. Depending on numbers of entrants we can cater for other classes. Racing is very competitive and of a very high standard in most heats. We are keen to get beginners involved and will help where we can! Please ask advice before buying cars, we will help you make the right choices.     NDOR, located in Giltbrook, Nottingham (NG16 2DE) in the East Midlands, offers excellent outdoor RC race tracks specifically designed for 1/8th and 1/10th off-road classes. Situated just off the A610, opposite Ikea, the club features an Astro track catering to 1/8th Nitro Buggy, 1/8th eBuggy, and 1/8th Mixed Truggy racing. Open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, NDOR hosts a race day once a month alongside special events throughout the year. Run entirely by dedicated volunteers, the club maintains high standards for the track and facilities, which include mains power for charging, a fully covered rostrum and pitting area with lighting, male and female toilets, an air compressor and engine heating zone, plus a café on race days. There is also a hardstanding car park and pitting area for convenience.     NEAM RC is a 1/10th scale off-road radio control car club based in the North East, located at the Nissan Sports & Leisure Complex in Sunderland (postcode SR5 3NS). The club features an outdoor Astro Turf RC race track, which is in use from April through to October. During the winter months, from October to April, members race on an indoor EOS carpet track.     Welcome, you have reached the Nene Valley Raceway Off Road Model Car Club who were named the 2019 and 2010 BRCA Club Of The Year . Why not come along and see what we do. Nene Valley Raceway Off Road Model Car Club welcomes members from all the main off road scales from 1/10th to Large Scale and has an active 1/8th and Large Scale section with its 340m track favoring these two scales. Nene Track 2024 The clubs membership contains not only club racers but regional, national and international racers too so plenty of experience on hand to help the new racer. The club has been on the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire boarder for over 20 years and arrived on Airfield road on January 2nd 2010. Following planning approval the club reopened after 6 weeks of dedicated work undertaken by its members and friends to build one of the premier off road model car facilities in the area. The Nene runs its own winter and summer club series alongside welcoming regional and national rally cross and large scale meetings to its venue and has hosted dedicated sponsored meetings too. This is how the track looked on the opening weekend in 2010 - Since then we've added humps, bumps and jumps and also relayed the surface for the 2012 & 2017 Euros. Nene Track In 2010 on Opening Day In 2019, unknown to the club Chairman, the club had been nominated by a club member for the 2019 BRCA Club Of The Year and we were shortlisted and the eventual winners for the clubs charity efforts. This is the second time the club has won the club of the year as in 2010 the club was awarded the 2010 BRCA Club of the year for its charity work and members dedication in rebuilding the club following its relocation. In the same year the venue was nominated to host the 2012 Large Scale European Championship and was successful in its submission and again in 2015 when we welcomed overseas races back to the Nene for the 2017 LSOR Euros. Nene Track In 2015 Since reopening the club has supported local and national charities with its annual Astro Attack meeting at the end of September with the club raising over £35,000 to date via this event. The club have supported Scotty's Little Soldiers charity, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Local charities, Rushden & Wellingborough McMillan Cancer Support Group, Cancer Trust, Dementia, Children with Diabetes, and the Lullaby Trust since the first Astro Attack in 2010. Nene Track A Bit Damp in 2018 For those who can not attend a Nene meeting then for club transmits the trackside timing live on to the internet too alongside its YouTube stream too. If you bash, or want to try some RC racing, or even run your RC vehicle in a safe, controlled environment then please come along to the Nene. Year on year the club continues to prosper and grow but there are times when we can not control the weather but have been able to enhance our drivers experience with a bit of lighting for the evenings. The club primarily focuses on 17.5 Touring cars, welcoming other on-road vehicles provided they use suitable tyres—mini pins or treaded tyres are not permitted, and modified Touring cars are excluded.     Newbury RC Club, based in the South East at The Sports Hall, Newbury College, Monks Lane, offers well-equipped indoor RC race tracks for enthusiasts. The club hosts races for three main classes: 1/10th Touring Cars with 17.5T Blinky and Modified motors, as well as 1/14th Tamiya Trucks and Minis. On club nights, there are usually enough tables, chairs, and extension leads available, though these may be limited during the busier winter months. Race fees are £10.50 for adult members and £12.50 for non-members, with reduced rates for under 16s. Visitors are welcome to join and can find the Sports Hall by entering through the college’s metal gates, taking the first right, then the penultimate left.
