Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

About this product
The Tamiya Volvo FH16 Globetrotter 750 8×4 Tow Truck 1:14 is a 1/14 scale 4WD truck kit. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 750mm long.
Tamiya supply an electronic speed controller in the box.
Key specifications
- 1/14 scale RC model assembly kit. Length: 750mm, width: 195mm, height: 300mm
- Features a detailed moulded plastic depiction of the cab, with photo-etched front grille and interior detail features
- This model’s front axles feature the first twin steering system seen in the Tamiya 1/14 Truck series
- Includes metal components for excellent durability
- Install the new separately available Actuator Set (Item 56553) to control its actions via your RC transmitter
- Ladder frame has aluminium side channels and resin cross members. Power from the front motor is delivered to the two rear axles via a propeller shaft
- A built-in differential gear on each axle enables smooth cornering
- Highly realistic suspension utilizes metal leaf springs and friction dampers
- The model enjoys easy driving thanks to the float-mounted die-cast front and reinforced resin rear axles
- Three-speed transmission allows shifting via the RC transmitter (Note: only one gear is usable when towing)
Tamiya kits are designed to be built with hand tools and a clear manual, which is what makes them a common first build as well as a shelf favourite.
