Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

About this product
The Tamiya Jun Watanabe Hornet is a 1/10 scale 2WD buggy kit. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
The body is polycarbonate, so it takes knocks better than a hard shell.
Tamiya supply a 540 motor and an electronic speed controller in the box.
Key specifications
- Re-release of T he Hornet by Jun Watanabe
- A special version of The Hornet all-terrain buggy
- Includes two sets of wheels and tyres
- Colourful logo stickers also included
- 1/10 scale radio control assembly kit car
- Model dimensions: 400mm length, 230mm width, 150mm height
- Weight is approximately 874g
- Comes with black body and decal sticker sheet
- With 540-brushed type motor
- Solid bathtub frame with side bumpers
You will also need
- Original 3-piece assembly wheels compatible with optional ball bearings (sold separately)
- Battery pack & charger
- Paint for the shell
Tamiya kits are designed to be built with hand tools and a clear manual, which is what makes them a common first build as well as a shelf favourite.
