Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

About this product
The Tamiya Escort Mk.II Rally – MF-01X is a 1/10 scale 4WD rally car kit, built on Tamiya’s MF-01X chassis. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 414mm long with a 239mm wheelbase. The body is polycarbonate, so it takes knocks better than a hard shell.
Tamiya supply a Torque Tuned Motor and an electronic speed controller in the box.
Key specifications
- 1/10 scale RC model assembly kit. Length: 414mm, wheelbase: 239mm (L)
- Polycarbonate body pre-painted in White
- Separately moulded plastic components are included to recreate bumper, side mirrors and fog lamps
- Polycarbonate front and rear light cases are compatible with Sold separately: Tamiya 5mm LEDs
- Stickers are included to recreate blue livery sections, sponsor logos and more
- The MF-01X is at home on-road or on flat dirt, thanks to 4-wheel double wishbone suspension
- Power from the rear mounted motor is transmitted by gear differential to the rear wheels, and via a propeller shaft to the front. The chassis can be converted to S and M wheelbases with Sold separately: propeller shafts
- A host of Hop-Up Option parts are available to tune the MF-01X chassis
- Tamiya Torque Tuned Motor included
- Includes Electronic Speed Controller (ESC)
You will also need
- 2 Channel Radio System
- 1 Servo
- Battery
- Charger
- Tools for assembly
Tamiya kits are designed to be built with hand tools and a clear manual, which is what makes them a common first build as well as a shelf favourite.
