About this product
The SO series of 2WD off-road vehicles, which has been well received by users of competition-oriented off-road vehicles, has evolved into the 3.0 series! The new SO series offers even better performance on high-grip surfaces than before, and is capable of cornering at higher speeds.
The longer main chassis provides a sense of stability, while the front weight loading and other features improve ground contact and bring out the vectors that propel the machine forward in the corners. In addition, the motor mount has a lower center of gravity, and the front and rear shock towers have been modified with aerodynamics in mind to establish a sharp ride. The suspension arms, front and rear hub carriers, gearbox, bulkheads, and other parts are all graphite-molded parts for a response that responds to the driving.

Frequently Asked Questions
This is a kit that requires assembly. You'll need to construct the buggy yourself, though it comes with the main chassis and components pre-manufactured. You'll also need to source a 2-channel radio set, battery, charger, motor, tyres, wheels, pinion gear, and paint separately.
This is aimed at competition-oriented drivers seeking high-performance off-road racing. The kit-based nature and tuning potential suggest it's best suited to experienced builders and drivers rather than complete beginners.
This is a 1/10 scale 2WD buggy, making it a standard competition size suitable for outdoor tracks and large spaces. The longer wheelbase design (part of the 3.0 series improvements) does mean it's slightly longer than some compact models.
You'll need a short-format 2-cell LiPo battery and a compatible charger—these are not included in the kit. Check the manual or product documentation for recommended capacity and exact charge times for your specific battery.
The SO3.0 delivers superior high-grip performance through a longer wheelbase for stability, lowered centre of gravity, graphite-moulded components for responsive handling, and aerodynamic shock tower design for aggressive cornering speed. The aluminium chassis and motor mounts contribute to both durability and tuning precision.
