Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the HBX 2996A is ready to run (RTR). It comes with a brushless motor, ESC, servo, and a 7.4V LiPo battery already installed. You'll just need to add two AA batteries to the transmitter and charge the car battery for 3.5-4 hours before your first drive.
The HBX 2996A is a great value entry point to brushless 4WD buggies, hitting 45 km/h with solid all-terrain capability. It's honest budget kit — not built to premium durability standards, but absolutely ideal for learning the basics of RC control and off-road driving without heavy outlay.
The included 1600mAh LiPo battery gives you around 10 minutes of play time per charge. At 3.5-4 hours per charge, most users find it worthwhile to buy a second battery so you can swap while one charges — this way you get continuous driving sessions.
Radio-Controlled.co.uk is a specialist UK RC retailer with genuine stock shipped from the UK — no customs delays or overseas marketplace hassle. We provide expert support before and after your purchase, so you deal directly with us and get real advice on whether this model suits your needs.
