FLISHRC Scale RC Helicopter Exterior LED Light Kit (4S/6S)

FLISHRC scale helicopter exterior LED light kit — six on-board navigation/decorative LEDs that plug straight into your flight pack’s balance connector. No separate UBEC or step-down module needed; pick the 4S or 6S balance plug variant to match your battery.

How it lights up

• 1 × green LED — solid (steady) when armed
• 1 × white LED — fast strobe
• 4 × red LEDs — one slow strobe + three solid

The pattern is factory-set in the LED controller. There is no on/off switch on the cluster itself — the lights run whenever a battery is connected, so it’s worth unplugging between flights if you’re storing on a charged pack.

Compatibility

• 4S Balance plug variant — for 4S 14.8 V flight packs
• 6S Balance plug variant — for 6S 22.2 V flight packs
• Designed for FLISHRC 500-size scale helicopters but will work on any helicopter with a matching balance plug type

Tip: route the LED leads inside the canopy alongside the existing power wiring — the JST balance plug pulls negligible current so heat is not a concern.
