Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the HBX 901A Pro is a good entry-level option. It comes ready-to-run (RTR) with a simple 2-channel 2.4GHz remote control system, making it straightforward to operate. However, as a brushless 4WD truggy with high speed capability, it's best suited to drivers with at least basic RC experience.
The HBX 901A Pro includes a built-in rechargeable battery and a USB charging cable. The battery has integrated charging protection with constant current and constant voltage balance charging to prevent overcharge and overcurrent damage. For exact charge times, check the manual.
The package includes the RC car, controller, rechargeable battery (already built-in to the car), USB charger, and a spare head wheel. LED lights are mentioned as part of the car's features but are not pre-installed.
The HBX 901A Pro is a 1/16 scale model, meaning it's roughly one-sixteenth the size of a real vehicle—making it a compact mini truggy ideal for indoor and outdoor use. At this scale, it's small enough to handle easily but large enough for decent durability and performance.
The HBX 901A Pro uses a brushless motor for responsive power delivery, 4WD with independent suspension and adjustable aluminium shock absorbers for grip and comfort, and all-metal gears with ball bearings throughout for durability. The brushless ESC (electronic speed controller) provides efficient, high-speed performance suitable for aggressive bashing.

Customer Reviews
This is not a 901a (and there's no such vehicle as a 901a pro). The images shown above are of a 16889a pro. Both 901a and 16889a pro are however excellent.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, ofcourse i had to get it out of the box and test it (its what dads do) what a fantastic little truck. perfectly fast enough and feels sturdy such a fun experience to drive. very easy to work on too as i re greased the front and rear diffs for peice of mind it was a doddle to take apart, would like to say a massive thank you for the super fast delivery and excellent customer service i received over the phone what a great guy listened to what i wanted for my son and hasn't let me down with reccomending this truck. I will be purchasing one of these for myself soon. Thanks again.
