Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

The seller knew I was after one and very kindly informed me when they came back into stock so now have a Flywing Bell 206. Fantastic bit of kit. Well worth the wait.

About this product
The Tamiya MudMad 1:24 RC Assembly Kit (SW-01) is a 1/24 scale 4WD RC car kit. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 190mm long. The body is polycarbonate, so it takes knocks better than a hard shell.
Tamiya supply an electronic speed controller in the box.
Key specifications
- 1/24 scale RC model assembly kit. Length: 190mm
- Lightweight and durable polycarbonate body. It is magnet- secured for swift attachment and detachment, and comes pre-painted in PS-3 Light blue
- The body leans in the direction in which the model steers, achieving remarkably tight turning circles and helping to suppress roll
- Strut style suspension
- A central Type 370 motor transmits power to the front and rear in a gear-driven 4WD setup
- Can be used with standard size servos and RC equipment despite its compact nature
- Aftermarket battery note: Battery pack size must be under 66x36x15mm in size
- Compatible with: item 51610 RC T301 Battery Case for use with 4 AA batteries if desired
Tamiya kits are designed to be built with hand tools and a clear manual, which is what makes them a common first build as well as a shelf favourite.
