Ordered flishrc cobra. Communication was great. Ordered larger batteries but they were the wrong size. Olly shipped the right batteries and gave a refund for the difference I paid. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the help with the order.

The seller knew I was after one and very kindly informed me when they came back into stock so now have a Flywing Bell 206. Fantastic bit of kit. Well worth the wait.

About this product
The Tamiya Monster Beetle Trail (GF-01TR) is a 1/14 scale 4WD monster truck kit, built on Tamiya’s GF-01 chassis. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 333mm long with a 274mm wheelbase.
Tamiya supply an electronic speed controller in the box.
Key specifications
- 1/14 scale RC model assembly kit. Length: 333mm, width: 270mm. Wheelbase: 274mm
- Body is moulded in red ABS Plastic. It depicts a customized Beetle with gaping fenders, triple auxiliary lights and a shortened rear end
- Metal-plated parts for headlights, auxiliary lights and engine
- The model is based upon the tough, reduction gear-fitted GF-01TR variant chassis
- 37.35:1 gear ratio (with the kit-standard 18T pinion gear) gives great drive. The model is also compatible with 20T pinion gears (for a 33.61:1 gear ratio)
- Yellow wheels are complimented by 115mm diameter hybrid pin spike/lug pattern tyres for superior cushioning and grip
- Includes 540-type motor
- Includes Tamiya TBLE-02S ESC (electronic speed control) Capable of running sensor brushless motors and brushed motors alike. (21.5 Turn BL motor limit) (23 Turn brushed motor limit)
Tamiya kits are designed to be built with hand tools and a clear manual, which is what makes them a common first build as well as a shelf favourite.
