The Rocket V2 is designed for experienced RC boaters rather than beginners. It's a high-performance brushless speed boat that requires familiarity with LiPo battery handling, charging, and water-based RC operation.
You need an 11.1V 1300–2200mAh 35C LiPo battery, which is not included. You'll also need a LiPo balance charger, adapter, and four AA alkaline batteries for the transmitter—none of which come in the box.
The ARR kit includes the assembled hull with graphics, 2.4GHz 2-channel radio system, water-cooled brushless motor, 30A water-cooled ESC with BEC, waterproof 9g metal servo, aluminium rudder, shaft drive system with two nylon propellers, and a display stand. You supply only the battery and charger.
The Rocket V2 is 620mm long overall and 155mm wide, making it a mid-sized speed boat suitable for ponds, lakes, and calm water. At 740g, it's lightweight and easy to transport.
The boat features a self-righting hull design, so it will automatically flip itself upright if it capsizes—you won't lose it in the water or need to fish it out.
