Frequently Asked Questions
The HBX 903a is ready-to-run straight out of the box and is marketed for both beginners and experienced drivers, so no prior experience is required. However, you'll need to familiarise yourself with the 2-channel remote control before your first run.
A 7.4V 1600mAh LiPo battery is included in the box. Charging takes approximately 3.5 hours via the included USB cable with a 1A charger, or 5–5.5 hours if plugged directly into a USB port.
You'll receive the assembled RC truck, one or more 7.4V LiPo batteries (quantity is optional at purchase), a 2.4GHz transmitter, a USB charging cable, and a manual. Note that AA batteries for the transmitter are not included.
The HBX 903a is a 1/12 scale stadium truck measuring 340 × 280 × 158mm, with a wheelbase of 240mm and 98mm diameter tyres. It reaches a top speed of 45km/h with a run time of approximately 9 minutes per battery charge.
Yes, the electronics are fully waterproof, making it suitable for wet conditions. It features a brushless 2847 3800kV motor paired with a 35A integrated ESC, delivering reliable performance and durability.

My first car in 30 years since I had a Tamya Grasshopper as a kid. This thing is fantastic, and as a newbie like I am, I honestly don't think I could have picked better for my first car. It's very fast, the steering trim is great to slow everything down for me, I've had it 2 days and it's been upside down in a ditch, submerged in water, smashed into more obstacles that I knew existed and its still going very strong. I am 100% happy with this car, and am already looking at what to get next because it becomes very addictive very quick. I just wish it came with a basic tool kit thing like a lot of them seem to. It arrived in 48 hours as advertised in great condition (including the box), and the guy I spoke to first (Mike) was really helpful and gave me a lot of good advice before I bought it. Highly recommended and will buy my next car from this company.
