The Smyter is Blackzon's 1/12 scale platform and the pick for drivers who want more size and speed than the 1/16 Slyder. Pick the body first – the DB desert buggy, DT desert truck or MT monster truck – then the power: a standard brushed Smyter (£89.99) is a brilliant first basher, while a Turbo brushless 3S model (from £109.99) is much faster and reaches up to 70km/h on an optional 3S LiPo.
