The Rally classic gets an update, in the form of the classic 2001 WRC Subaru Impreza, piloted to win the Driver”s Championship 20 years ago in 2001! Any rally fan will will recognise the illustrious blue and yellow livery as one of the most recognisable in the sport, and what better way to herald the return of HPI”s fan favourite rally platform than with a classic Subaru Impreza!

Underneath the officially licensed and famous replica Impreza body, the WR8 FLUX chassis is based on the HPI Bullet RC monster truck, which means it”s massively tough and can take a real beating on- or off-road! The WR8 FLUX is powered by a massive 3700KV brushless motor and waterproof 3S-capable speed controller, delivering power through tough metal gear differentials and the fully ball bearing-supported 4WD shaft drivetrain of the Bullet monster truck. Combine this with WR8 rally-style suspension geometry, custom-designed shock towers and dampers, plus extra-thick sway bars for extra control! Top it off with high-spec, soft compound tires and authentic rally wheels and you”ve got an instant head-turner in your hands!

The HPI Racing WR8 is crammed with awesome features that enhance its durability anywhere you want to take it, including a high ground clearance, skidplate, foam front bumper, optimized rally-style suspension geometry, shock debris guards, mud deflectors on the chassis and much more. It”s the ideal machine to race your friends on RC Rally-style courses and multi-surface tracks, or anywhere you like!

Like all HPI Racing RTR (Ready-To-Run) cars, the WR8 FLUX is completely pre-built: all you have to do is open the box, install the batteries and you are ready for awesome stunt action! All you have to provide is a 2S or 3S LiPo battery for the car, a LiPo charger and some AA batteries for the transmitter.
