The TF520 is designed as a fish finder rather than a traditional RC toy, so it's best suited for users with basic RC boat experience and a genuine interest in fishing applications. The sonar display and controls are straightforward, but you should be comfortable operating an RC boat before using this device.
The kit includes a 3S 18650 lithium battery. The fish finder has a built-in charging function, but for exact charge times you should consult the product manual, as this information isn't specified in the technical details.
The kit includes the TF520 fish finder unit with 4.3" display, sonar transducer, the 3S lithium battery, and a portable carrying case. For a complete list of all components, please check the full kit contents in the product manual.
The 115 kHz sonar transducer can detect depths of up to 30 metres and provides a 60-degree conical coverage, making it suitable for searching larger areas and displaying fish effectively.
Yes—the TF520 uses 2.4GHz FHSS (frequency-hopping spread spectrum) wireless technology, which is designed to provide stable performance even in challenging conditions with multiple RC devices operating in the same area.
