The Tamiya Volkswagen Split Screen VW Type 2 T1 – M-06 is a 1/10 scale 2WD RC car kit, built on Tamiya’s M-06 chassis. It arrives as a box of parts rather than a finished car, so you assemble the chassis, fit the electronics and paint or trim the body before the first run.
Finished, it measures 426mm long with a 239mm wheelbase. The body is polycarbonate, so it takes knocks better than a hard shell.
Tamiya supply a Type 540 motor and an electronic speed controller in the box.
