Thearne Off-Road Model Car Club. The club runs race meetings and practice sessions on our astroturf track, for 1/8 Electric Buggy ,1/8 Electric Truggy,1/10 Buggies and 1/10 Trucks. You can also run monster trucks ,stadium trucks bashers and anything else. The only stipulation is that it must be electric and not cause damage to the track or facilities. Nitro ,Petrol or any other I.C. powered models are strictly prohibited. all abilities of driver are welcome and will be encouraged to participate. We hope to continue improving all the facilities over time so everyone has fun and enjoys their time here. We aim to hold monthly 1/8 E ,Buggy ,1/8 E, Truggy and 1/10 Off road Buggy and 1/10 Truck Meetings. Please see our events section for our meeting dates. Entry fee for our race meetings is £12.50 for non members and £8.50 for members. Membership is £51 a year. which entitles you to the use of the facilities. Members can make use of the track and facilities on any day between 10 Am and 8 Pm. unless there is an organised race event. . You can now join Thearne Off-Road Model Car Club. via the website and pay online giving you instant access to the track and the club members section. All members are required to have a BRCA membership before making use off the track or performing marshalling duties. The important thing is to have fun and treat others with respect and stay safe while doing it.
