Southend Radio Control Car Club (Outdoor Onroad and Offroad)

SRCCC started racing in 1982 and is the longest established RC car club in Essex. We race a range of electric 1:10 and 1:12 scale electric classes on 3 circuits at 2 venues. Outdoor Off-Road – The Len Forge Centre (SS2 6UH) Thursday Evenings and Sundays 1:10 electric buggies and short course trucks Outdoor On-Road – The Len Forge Centre (SS2 6UH) Sundays Tamiya M-Chassis and 1:10 tub chassis touring car Indoor Carpet – Deanes School Sports Centre (SS7 2TD) Tuesday Evenings Tamiya M-Chassis, Mini Touring Car, Touring Car, GT12 All race meetings continue all year round. Unfortunately they are not available for use at other times. The indoor carpet track is laid out and cleared away each Tuesday evening. Drivers of all experience levels are warmly welcomed by the club. If you are new to the hobby there is no race fee to pay and no membership requirements for your first meeting. Joining SRCCC is optional but members enjoy reduced race fees.
