Maverick QByte XB Flux 1/12 Brushless RTR Off-Road Buggy - Red (with Battery & Charger)

Bold in red and capable from the first run, the Maverick QByte XB Flux is a 1/12 brushless buggy built for drivers who want proper off-road performance without a steep build curve. Shaft-driven 4WD, a 2845 3800KV brushless motor and the MSC-4516-BL ESC deliver 38kph (24mph) on the included 2S LiPo — everything needed is in the box.

The buggy silhouette sets the XB apart from the SC: lower overall height (97mm vs 139mm), a race-derived bodyshell profile, and geometry that stays planted during cornering. On a loose dirt track, the XB rewards committed driving — predictable understeer rather than sudden snap, and all-terrain tyres with enough bite to put power down on corner exits.

8.5mm aluminium shock towers front and rear are one of the XB’s standout specifications. Paired with oil-filled aluminium coilover shocks, these towers handle crash loads without flexing — a meaningful step up from the moulded plastic towers typical of budget buggies. Sintered steel gear differentials and a sintered steel spur gear complete a drivetrain built for repeated use.

The polycarbonate bodyshell comes with body clips pre-attached to the shell, so the XB never leaves them behind on the track. Splashproof electronics extend running conditions to damp grass and muddy trails without risk.
