BMFA Buckminster Winter Auction
One of the BMFA National Centre’s winter auctions of model kits, engines and ancillary items. The Friday sessions are evening auctions and the 31 October and 1 November sessions are held live in the Goldsmith Hangar.
Midlands Model Engineering Exhibition 2026
Four-day model engineering exhibition with nearly 40 specialist trade suppliers and hundreds of exhibits across 32 competition and display classes, plus club stands. Open 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Thursday to Saturday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
Buckminster Midweek Scale Competition
Radio-control scale competition flown to BMFA RC3 rules, with separate classes for ARF models and builder-flown models. Newcomers are welcome and mentoring is available.
PMAC Autumn Swapmeet
Evening model aircraft swapmeet at Chelford Village Hall, the successor to the swapmeet formerly held at the Deanwater. Tables are limited to 30 and must be booked; doors open to table holders at 6:30 pm.

Two-day midweek fly-in for vintage, retro, free flight and radio-assist models at the BMFA National Centre. Relaxed sport flying with no competitions.
