Frequently Asked Questions
Brushless electric — this Inferno Inferno GT2 runs on a sensored brushless motor and ESC powered by 4S LiPo (6S compatible on some setups).
This is a ReadySet — chassis built, body painted, ESC and motor installed, radio system included. Add a 4S LiPo and charger and you can run it straight out of the box.
1/8 scale — the dominant scale class for off-road buggy racing worldwide.
Many wear parts (shocks, ball bearings, suspension hardware, wheel hubs, body posts) carry over between Inferno generations, but key chassis-specific items (chassis plate, bulkheads, bumpers, body shells, certain drivetrain pieces) are model-specific. Always check the part number against your model. Radio Controlled UK stocks the full Kyosho Inferno parts catalogue — search by your platform code (Inferno GT2).
The Inferno GT2 is a serious 1/8 brushless platform. We recommend it for drivers with at least some prior RC experience — for first-time RC, consider the Inferno Neo or a 1/10 platform first.
