This universal XL glider is perfect for advanced and expert soarers. An all rounder it features a blow moulded lightweight fuselage for the ultmate durability. With many flight options and with quick assembly using no glue its ideal for those impulse flight moments.

The Phoenix 2400 is designed to suit beginners through to expert soarers, so it's accessible to newcomers, though its large 2.4m wingspan and performance capabilities also make it rewarding for experienced pilots. A minimum age of 14 years is recommended.
You'll need an 11.1V 3S LiPo battery between 2200mAh and 5000mAh; the ARTF version doesn't include one, so you'll need to purchase separately. For exact charge times, consult your charger's manual, though Volantex recommends a 3S LiPo balancing charger rated at 0.5A or higher.
The ARTF (Almost Ready To Fly) kit includes the airframe, brushless motor, ESC, and six 9-gram servos, but you'll need to separately purchase a transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger to complete the model.
The Phoenix 2400 has a 2.4-metre wingspan and measures 1132mm in length, making it a substantial XL glider best suited for outdoor flying areas with plenty of space. Its large size provides stable, extended flights but may require a large bag or vehicle for transport.
