Frequently Asked Questions
This is an RTR (Ready-to-Sail) model with pre-installed R/C system and completed linkage, so you don't need building experience. However, Kyosho recommends it for experienced RC enthusiasts, so familiarity with RC sailing control will help you get the most from the realistic sailing mechanics.
You'll need 8 x AA batteries for the transmitter and 4 x AA alkaline batteries for the receiver. The product does not include these batteries, so you'll need to purchase them separately before operation.
The Readyset includes a pre-painted hull with R/C system already installed, the 2.4GHz KT-431S 4-channel transmitter, an aluminium boat stand, and 5 pre-painted figures. Batteries are not included.
The Fortune 612 III measures 612mm long, 130mm wide, and 1,135mm tall (including the mast), and weighs 1,050g. It comes with an aluminium display stand, making it well-suited for display as well as sailing.
