The Mini-Z MR03 is ready to run out of the box with a pre-assembled chassis and painted body, making it accessible to newcomers. However, it does include tuning parts (suspension spacers, multiple pinion gears) that allow experienced hobbyists to adjust performance, so it scales well from beginner to intermediate skill levels.
The chassis requires 4x AAA alkaline or rechargeable Ni-MH batteries, and the transmitter requires a separate 4x AAA batteries. For specific charge times with Ni-MH batteries, refer to your charger's instructions, as this varies by charger model.
