Light up a stylized scene with just one touch
Miniature cars can be enjoyed in different ways. Some people showcase them as a collection while others prefer to display a favourite model on their desk. Just thinking about where and how to display them is fun, such as in the entrance or living room.
Although scale size and price influence miniature car quality, many of today’s models are beautifully made to capture the hearts and minds of car enthusiasts. Miniature car models would be even more stunning if they could be displayed with lights on and the MOTN LED Base System brings this to reality.
Headlights and taillights light up, just by placing a compatible 1/64 scale miniature car model on a MOTN base(must purchase base separately part number is KS07125). Until now, hobbyists needed a battery box to control lights. As the MOTN base is connected to a power outlet, there are no batteries inside the car and you don’t need to touch the model when operating the power switch. The characterizing design integrity of the interior, such as seats and steering wheel, are maintained so you can enjoy a higher standard of interior display or in a diorama scene.
Due to its contactless design, no wiring is required to connect the base to the car, making lighting super easy. Also, there is no additional light from a power LED to pollute the darkness, so you can activate lighting and enhance the quality of your display just by connecting a USB-C cable.
As a failsafe, the power supply automatically cuts off after about 10 minutes to prevent any problems from overheating. If an abnormality is detected such as overcurrent or the main unit becomes hot, the LED light on the bottom will flash and the power supply will cut out.
The NISSAN NISMO R35 GT-R GT3 with LED is an MOTN compatible model, more models are planned to be added in the future. Try the MOTN LED base system as a new way of enjoying the style and atmosphere of miniature car display!

MOTN LED BASE SYSTEM
Easy setup, just plug in the cable and place the product on it.
A separate USB Type-C cable is required.
Only a USB type-C cable can be connected to the base system and is required to be purchased separately. This is the standard cable used to charge many modern smartphones. To activate the light, simply place the model on the minicar base and place it on the base system.
The contactless function is simple, safe and easy to operate, and fits perfectly into the minicar case for as stylish interior display. An LED on the bottom indicates the status of the main unit and will indicate if any abnormal issue.
