The goods we sell are intended for customer use only. We do not sell to resellers or businesses for commercial use. And such use will terminate the contract and void any warranties of products.
Payment Options
This website uses paypal payment portals. This means we accept paypal payments, paypal monthly credit payments, and credit and debit cards through the paypal system.
We also now accept payments via other means through the stripe payment portal including Klarna.
Delivery Policies
All UK orders received before 11AM will be dispatched to EVRI courier the same day. All orders received after 11AM will be dispatched to EVRI the following day. All deliveries use the standard Evri courier service which typically takes 2-3 working days. All items will be fully insured.
Tracking details will not necessarily be provided, but will always be available on request if you contact [email protected]
In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as our courier agrees to cover the replacement. This can typically take about 7 days.
Delivery and insurance is all covered in the postage price, which is calculated on our checkout page once you confirm your address.

We advise anyone purchasing from our site to consider the speed of the product and the space of operation before purchasing and always supervise children.

Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items returned to us in a used state will not be refunded and the customer will assume responsibility to pay for postage for the return of the item to them.
Postage cost will be covered by the customer. Refund amounts will be processed for the product/s received only.
Payment & banking Fees:-
Our payment partners stripe and paypal charge us fees for each transaction. Both paypal and strip have recently changed their policies to not refund us when we refund a customer. If you cancel an order for no fault of radio controlled co uk ltd we will pass this cost on to you and deduct it from the refund. We will only refund the fee if one of the following cases is true:
1) The item is recieved damaged
2) The item is out of stock or unavailable
3) You have recieved the product and you are not happy that it matches the description, and you return the product to us as recieved.
Cases of change of heart are unfortunately not covered and the fee will be deducted, and an administration fee of £20 may apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Items that are returned that are not faulty, and that are returned due to a “change of mind” may be liable for a restocking fee of £20.
Items returned used in any way may be subject to a restocking fee of £20 or rejection of the return based on the product being damaged by the customer.
