This RTR (Ready-to-Run) buggy is designed for both beginners and experienced drivers. It arrives fully assembled with battery, charger, and radio included, so you can start driving straight away without prior knowledge. For complete setup guidance, refer to the manual included in the box.
The set includes both a NiMH 6-cell 7.2V battery and a LiPo 2S battery (up to 30C), along with a charger. You can also use compatible LiPo 2S batteries if you wish to upgrade or have spares. Check the manual for exact charging times and procedures.
You receive the fully assembled ASB1 sand buggy, 2.4GHz radio system, NiMH and LiPo batteries, charger, manual with spare parts list, and a service sheet. The only item not included is AA batteries for the radio transmitter (4 mignon cells required).
The 1:10 scale buggy measures 425mm long, 285mm wide, and 150mm tall (approximately 42cm × 29cm × 15cm), making it compact enough for most car boots. The wheelbase is 293mm and ground clearance is 40mm, suitable for sand and rough terrain.
The buggy features CVD steel shafts on the front axle, adjustable oil shocks for suspension tuning, water-resistant electronics (speed controller and servo), and ball bearing transmission. The aluminium chassis components and covered transmission protect against sand and debris ingress.
