This kit is designed for experienced nitro enthusiasts. It's 80% pre-assembled, but you'll need existing knowledge of nitro engines, tuning, and maintenance to operate it successfully. If you're new to nitro RC, consider starting with a simpler model first.
You'll need a transmitter, receiver, high-torque steering servo, throttle servo, nitro fuel, a nitro starter set, glowplug, engine, tyre glue, and paint for the unpainted clear body shell. Check the manual for exact servo specifications and compatibility with your chosen transmitter.
The Hyper VS2 arrives 80% pre-assembled with the chassis, suspension, shocks, differentials, wheels, tyres, fuel tank, brake system, body shell (unpainted clear), and all hardware. You'll need to add the servos, engine, transmitter/receiver, and complete the final assembly.
At 1/8 scale, it measures 50cm long, 31cm wide, and 33cm tall with a 325mm wheelbase. It's a substantial vehicle suited to larger outdoor tracks or open spaces; check your local club's requirements before purchasing.
The VS2 features a reinforced 3mm CNC aluminium chassis, 17mm big bore oil-filled shocks, full 7075 aluminium turnbuckles and shock towers, bevel gear differentials with anti-leakage housing, and a new tuned pipe for top speed. These heavy-duty components are built to withstand serious racing and bashing.
