Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
The product must have a manufacturer defect or malfunction.
The issue must occur within the warranty period specified in the product documentation.
The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, or improper handling.
Batteries must remain at the same charge level as shipped and must not show signs of incorrect charging or storage practices.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Follow these steps to initiate your claim:
Step 1: Gather Required Information
Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
Description of the issue.
Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable).
Step 2: Open a Claim Fill in the form below with the following details:

Order number.
Detailed description of the issue, including photos of the product (shell, electronics, tyres, controller, etc.).
Step 3: Assessment and Approval Once we receive your claim, our team will:
Review the submitted information.

Step 4: Return the Item
Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.

Step 5: Resolution After we receive the item, our team will inspect it to validate the claim. If approved, we will:
Repair the product.
Provide a replacement.
Offer a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible.
Important Conditions
Issues must be reported directly to radio-controlled.co.uk. Warranty claims made through other shops, distributors, or manufacturers will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for parts purchased from other suppliers, including our own suppliers. Any replacement parts obtained elsewhere are not covered under our warranty.
Warranty claims are only valid for the original parts and products supplied by us.
Important Notes
Processing Time
Claims are typically processed within 7-14 business days from the date the item is received.
Non-Covered Issues Warranty claims will not be accepted for:
Damage caused by collision, misuse, or improper handling.
Issues resulting from modifications or alterations to the product.
Normal wear and tear.
Missing Items
Any missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide the total weight of the received goods for verification against our dispatch records.
Batteries
LiPo batteries are tested before dispatch, and cell voltage is recorded. Warranty claims for batteries are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects and must meet our strict return criteria.
All claims should have an image attached showing the damage, including a photo of the whole vehicle.
